Mood:	lonely.

I barely got anything accomplished today. I did go grocery shopping. I put the groceries away and yelled at Gizmo for ripping a hole in the bag of bread. There was beef jerky in that bag and he goes for the Italian bread? What is wrong with him? lol

I got Frank & I some lunch and we watched "I Am Sam" on Verizon FIOS. I like Verizon a lot BUT there's selection of free movies really SUCK compared to Comcast. I will admit, I was in tears as it was getting closer to the time where he had to go to work. I know one thing is for sure, I'll be using my crock pot A LOT more than before. I usually get home at 4 and he has to head for work by 4:45. The crock will allow me enough time to make side dishes so we can still sit down & eat together. I'm going to take advantage of the alone time and try to make real progress in the house. I'm usually more productive on Saturdays while he's at work than I am when we're both home.

Ritz Camera has a deal on Tuesdays & Wednesdays where 4x6 prints are 6 cents each. I needed 2-5x7 photos. One of Frank & his Mom during the mother/son dance & one of my Mom & I the day of the wedding. I'm going to frame the pictures and give them to the Moms along with their photo books. Anyway, I was shocked how cheap 2-5x7s were.... $2.10 (and that's with 6% sales tax). I'm assuming that it was so cheap as part of the Tuesday & Wednesday sale for 4x6s because the guy at Ritz didn't understand why it was so cheap. He said their current promo is buy one enlargement, get another half off, normal price $1.99 each. My order was $1.98 before tax. And they were done in an hour (I uploaded them from home on their website). Sweet!

Frank's Mom called to ask how my Mom was and to check on me. Frank told her he was worried about me with his new shift. She said she wanted to invite me over for dinner but Pop-pay has a real bad cold and didn't want to risk me catching it (she's nervous enough that she's going to catch it from him). I thought that was sweet of her. She wants me to keep her posted about when my Mom will be staying with us so she can visit her. I love his parents.

Well, I'm going to go prepare tomorrow's dinner so all I'll have to do is take the crock pot out of the fridge, put it in the base, turn it on, cook it, and make a side dish when I get home. I'm trying lemon & herb roasted chicken.

Thursday & Friday were spent the same...... barely productive, slept a lot, and the only thing that felt good with my sinus problems was laying on my face. Strangely.... the ear problem has stopped. The Sudafed must have helped my ear but didn't help me enough with the rest of my sinus symptoms. Mom thinks it was a sinus infection. The crazy thing is I've never ever had so much problems with my sinuses and I'm shocked that Frank hasn't had any issues. He used to have sinus infections often but I guess me making him go to the allergist helped. I think I'm having problems due to our heating system. It's fairly new but I didn't grow up in an electric heat home. I don't even know what kind of heating system my Mom has. I never had my nose bleed, never had dandruff problems, never had problems with my skin being so dry it itched, and never had problems with my sinuses..... all problems that I keep hearing "It's because of the heater being on". My sweet husband went out and bought a humidifier for our bedroom and he "made" me hang out and lay down in the bedroom (he really didn't make me, I went willingly.... there's a TV, DVD player, and one hellava great mattress).

Saturday my sinuses weren't bothering me as much but all the laying down I did really made my back sore. Saturday Frank made the mistake of telling me where the Sims 2 discs were and I installed it and played it for almost the rest of the weekend. I think I only took a break to make dinner, laundry, dishes, and sleeping.

I could not get to sleep to save my life last night so I called out. I think part of it is my boss is back in the office and looking at him makes me mad. I know, I have to get over that, I have no choice, and I am damn lucky that I have a job. He did jerk me around and I don't appreciate it. I also tend not to take chances with my life. If I am sleep deprived, I'm not getting behind the wheel. I kind of wish I did go to work. I'm so bored. Even though Frank is off, I didn't realize how productive he is on Mondays. He didn't play WoW very long, he sanded and painted one of the doors, and he just went to Kmart & the bank. It's easy to think he's not productive when I get up and he's playing video games and when I get home, he's playing video games. Although last Monday I knew he was productive. Anyway, I'm bored.

Is anyone else experiencing severe Live Journal lag? It's going so slow for me and it's the only website giving me this issue.

Our first Saturday home

And it's been an OK day.

Last night was the first time we saw his parents since the wedding. They took us to Rocco & Anna's and we caught up with one another. We were talking about my Mom's behavior of almost ditching us and not picking us up at the airport. His Mom was telling me that she asked her husband if he asked my Mom to dance and he said "NO! She's mean to my Jo-day". I'm glad that I'm not the only one that sees that my Mom is harsh and too mean at times. I sometimes wondered if it was me.

His parents did mention that our house still smells like cigarette smoke. We don't smell it and it can't be that bad since Frank used to have health problems coming in this house when we first bought it. The only way to get the rest of the smell out is to get new carpets and a new pad underneath which we can't swing anytime soon. I guess we'll have to use scented candles when people are coming over. :-\

Frank signed up to Planet Fitness and I transferred my membership from Aston to Downingtown. Today was the first time we actually worked out. I was kind of unsure about working out with my husband. I didn't want him to make fun of me and he told me he'd never make fun of me for bettering myself. We did a light workout, especially since my headphones broke so doing cardio in front of TVs with no sound (you only hear them if you plug in your headphones to that particular TV) is boring. We did 25 minutes of cardio and I showed Frank some of the machines.

Then we went to Acme because I wanted crumbled goat cheese for dinner and Giant didn't have plain crumbled goat cheese. We got to Acme.... they don't have it either! I just bought 4 oz of it and I'll just cut it up for the pizza. Damn you, Chester County. Crumbled goat cheese is easy to find in Delaware County.

We got some food and rented some movies. I'll probably go upstairs and relax while Frank plays WoW with his Dad.
